These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the ordering of furniture objects from´s web shop.

The conditions that apply to furniture objects offered for sale on this website are listed below. By clicking the “I have read and accepted” on the order form and submit your order, you accept and you agree to be bound by the conditions. If you provided a valid e-mail address, we will notify you as soon as possible to confirm your order and to confirm your information. reserves the right to change terms at any time and without notice. Such changes would not apply to any order that is filed before the amended terms are posted on the website. If any of these conditions are invalid because of the then remaining legislation that will eliminate the invalid condition, and will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.

The copyright in images, text and graphics etc. on the website, including images of the furniture objects belong to, and use of this material must not be made without written permission from the copyright holder.

When shopping on the web shop, you enter an agreement under Danish law. You will receive an order confirmation to the email address you stated upon purchase. Likewise, you will receive an email with the shipment’s tracking number as soon as the order has been dispatched from our workshop.


In the web shop, you can pay via PayPal or Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debet, MasterCard, Maestro and MasterCard Debet. We first deduct the order’s amount from your account or your card when the goods are dispatched from our workshop. An amount greater than the sum you have approved at the time of purchase cannot be deducted. There are no extra surcharges for payments made in the web shop. provides secure online payment using an external supplier and to ensure that you always have the highest security that encrypts your payment information automatically when you enter them.


The ordered furniture object is delivered in the original design. reserves the right to make minor technical changes not affecting the objects functionality.

The furniture objects will generally be sent within 2-6 weeks depending on the furniture item.

You can see the shipping and insurance costs for your order when you finish your purchase. If you wish to pick up your order or arrange your own transport, your order may be picked up free of charge at our workshop address:

This service is available to Danish and foreign companies alike. It is important to contact before you pick up your order, so we can have it ready for you when you arrive. Please bring confirmation of payment and personal identification for pick-up.


All prices are in € (EUR). The prices are published on the website are inclusive Danish VAT but exclude taxes, duties, tariffs and delivery costs for deliveries abroad.

You agree to indemnify any additional postage and / or handling charges incurred by your failure to receive or collect the delivery in accordance with the agreed terms of delivery.


You may cancel the agreement after the Danish consumer agreement § 17 with a withdrawal period of 14 days unless otherwise agreed. The deadline runs from the day you have received the goods delivered, since you via e-mail has received the statutory information such as the right of withdrawal and whether the purchased product. Should you not have received this information because of conditions that can be contributed, the withdrawal period starts to run but no later than 3 months after the day you receive the product. If the deadline expires on a holiday, Saturday, Sunday, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, you can wait until the following workday.


Before the withdrawal period ends you must return or return the received to us. Your right to cancel an order could be compromised if you have not taken appropriate steps to ensure you are able to return the object in the same condition as when you received it (including original packaging). We therefore recommend that you take appropriate and reasonable steps to maintain the furniture objects condition and that you ensure the safe return to us.


In addition to the right to cancel your order, you also have certain responsibilities if the furniture object is damaged in transit or defective. In this case, please contact us and follow these steps:

It is very important that you verify that the shipment is not damaged upon receipt. When signing for receipt of the item, you are signifying that the item was not damaged or missing anything, and this means our insurance on the shipment is not valid. If there is the slightest damage to the packaging, you must make this known to the carrier on the spot.

With any visible shipping damage to the shipment’s content/item – what do I do?

Reject the shipment straight away “due to shipping damage.” The carrier will then take the parcel away again and you must then contact us regarding new delivery.

With any visible shipping damage on the packaging/item – what do I do?

Inform the carrier that you will need to examine the contents of the shipment for any shipping damage due to the visible damage to the packaging. If for any reason the carrier will not allow this, you can either refuse the shipment or note “received subject to defects and omissions” on the shipping note, if you conclude that contents may still be in good condition. If the item is damaged, you must contact us within 5 days.

With any concealed shipping damage – what do I do?

Usually upon receipt of parcels, there is always the risk of concealed shipping damage. Immediately after you have received it and no later after 3 days, you must check that everything is ok, and if you should then discover any hidden freight damage, please immediately complain to us, and then we start a claims case and send a new item to you.
